Responsibilities

  • Manager and technical contributor (50 / 50 split)
  • Project plan development
  • Project technical leadership
  • Technical feasibility & risk analysis
  • Software requirements analysis
  • Software development
  • System integration testing & verification

Qualifications

  • Customer focused; willingness to support customers globally as needed [<10% travel]

  • Committed to on-time, on-quality and on-cost delivery
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience:
    • C#, C++/CLI and .NET framework
    • SOLID design principles
    • Design patterns
    • User-Interface / Database development
    • .NET unit test frameworks
    • Process-orient and/or Agile software development environments
    • Software configuration management
    • Threading
  • Five (5) or more years of experience:
    • Leading/managing teams of 5 or more software engineers
  • Working on electromechanical systems (including stage control), SEMI capital equipment preferred
  • Master’s degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
