The purpose of this position is to perform the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.



  • Check goods received for distribution and check against purchase orders or invoices
  • Maintain records of goods and reject unsatisfactory items
  • Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
  • Complete appropriate documents for shipping. These include commercial invoices, shippers’ letter of instruction, freight bills, and shippers export declaration.
  • Package and process all parts and miscellaneous shipments via UPS, FedEx, and DHL
  • Provide tracking information of shipments to sales and customer service departments.
  • Review customer orders, examine, stock and distribute merchandise, products and materials in inventory.
  • Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated area
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
  • Trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery


Education & Experience:

  • Associates Degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a Receiving Clerk/Coordinator



  • Good working knowledge of shipping software
  • Knowledge of safety practices
  • Compliance with documentation requirements, safety procedures and company policy.
  • Knowledge of international shipping procedures

  • Excellent problem resolution skills, with ability to proactively recommend solutions and improvements to existing workload.
