  • Overview

    Experienced senior account manager to take over all major account management responsibilities. Will focus on expanding Rudolph’s foot print within major account with the goal of increasing revenue. Responsible for meeting quarterly and annual quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop relationships with various levels within major account both on Domestic and International basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel and decision maker within major account.
    • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and account's expectations.
    • Identify new business opportunities, on continuous basis where Rudolph solutions, both  hardware and software, can be applied.
    • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones.
    • Identify organizational charts and the key decision makers within major account's various departments and business units relevant to Rudolph’s business.
    • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating involvement of all necessary company personnel.
    • Negotiate on the he behalf of Rudolph all the contracts, including equipment sales and Capital Purchase Agreement and Service contracts.
    • Arrange periodical TRM (Technical review Meeting) to find a match between Rudolph and Major Account

     

    Qualifications

    • Extensive knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
    • Capital Equipment Sales and Account Management expertise
    • Ability to travel extensively globally and domestically.
    • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
    • Minimum ten years of strategic sales experience in a B2B sales environment
